Someone saw my frozen mousse cakes from the other week and asked for an order so of course I said yes! Tweaked the recipe a bit by changing the graham cracker crust and adding more strawberries. Also added some white chocolate accents to bring all the flavours together 

Finally had some heavy cream on hand and had some ripe bananas so I figured I try and make some banana cream cream puffs! First time making pastry cream in a long long time. Turned out so incredibly delicious though!

Making these cute little stick cookies wasn't an easy feat. More than half of the batch ended up in little broken pieces, but they still tasted good! I made some regular royal icing and some almond flavoured royal icing. Topped them with crushed almonds, coconut, and oreos!

Graham cookie cups, melted chocolate, marshmallow buttercream and graham cracker crumbs for a lumberjack themed first birthday party!
