Its been getting real hot here in Vancouver. I feel like I’m melting into my chair as we speak. I’m not complaining though, I’d pick this over the rain, cold, and runny noses any day.
It was my day off and I wanted to make something simple, elegant, and not too time consuming. Found this recipe somewhere on google and thought, “hey this won’t take too long” and while it didn’t consume that much time, it did leave me with a greasy table, silicone mat, and a ton of tools I used to shape the tuile.
Used a fantastic Fireking bowl that belonged to my grandma, it also came with an old school cranking handwhisk, but that’s going to be used as a prop for another photo 🙂
